The WEJI “access to capital” is one of the several reimagining desired deliverables embedded in our State Revitalization Initiative white paper. Here we introduce our Capital for Capacity Initiative which is a three-part initiative. 

1. Identify/ define market sectors with existing partnerships to determine which sectors we wish to impact

2. Develop measurable capacity building growth plans for each participant

3. Apply resource funding and measure progress for sustainability
