Criminal Justice Reform

Collaborating with community organizations our objective is to address the false narrative of “law and order” that has divided our communities for over 50 years through corporate and fictional media messaging that pushes an agenda that helps sensationalize and fuel a unique stigma to America only, a $50 billion dollar prison industrial complex.

WJL has identified the data that shows the true goodness of the human condition by revealing a steady crime rate that exists worldwide and truly reflects what appears to be the true built-in definition of deviant behaviors in the human condition. In addition, the data identifies structural barriers that prevent the efficient and proficient dissemination of each collaborator’s mission within the community and help to close systematic gaps…

Mental Health Reform

We will work with mental health peer professionals and counselors, medical center partners to encourage a collaborative partnership with our program. The target-medical facilities and healthcare organization will become go-to conveners of their industry events and be the providers of valuable information and training. This strategy will allow the peer professionals to be empowered as the trusted leaders within mental healthcare and create a partnership that guarantees community engagement for the patient.

Ultimately, we are developing relationships with mental health providers so that we can deliver healthcare services that encompass physical and mental health outcomes. Studies have shown mental health issues are correlated with interdependent health conditions brought on by environment impacts in cultural and racial communities. Thus, the WJL will work to remove its stigma by integrating interdisciplinary treatment into one facility.

Employment Initiative

WJL hopes to collaborate with existing governmental organizations to address community needs for employment and training by identifying the employers, specific training, and open employment opportunities for the end user-the employees. WJL will close systematic gaps to prevent efficient and proficient dissemination of this project’s intended users.

We will work with employers to encourage a functioning partnership with our program. The target employers will become a go-to convener of their industry events and be the provider of valuable information and training. This strategy will allow the employer to be empowered as the trusted leader within its industry and create a partnership that would guarantee employment for the end user. Ultimately, we are developing relationships with employers so that we can deliver a training program that will create sustainable career opportunities for both participants and stakeholders.

State Revitalization

Saving small to mid-size businesses while boosting the state’s economy:

Our State Revitalization Initiative is a program that works with regulators and local businesses to improve market sector performance through executive directive issues by the Governor’s office and through incentive-based programing directing resources to regional areas of the sub economy that need stabilization or stimulus. With a comprehensive approach, WEJI can begin to collateralize with inter-governmental agencies and departments to enhance their outcomes for the betterment of the state’s financial well-being. Using the Circular Flow Model, a model in which the major exchanges are represented as flows of money, goods, and services between other economic agents i.e., government, business, and households. WEJI will be able to navigate product markets and resource market to sustain equilibrium within the marketplace.

Municipal Revitalization

WEJI will collaborate with three existing governmental organizations to address the three goals of any economy: (1) Promote economic growth; (2) Limit unemployment and (3) Keep the cost of living stable. Promoting constituent investments in local businesses based on governmental needs can even the playing field for many people in this economy and enhance municipal growth. For every dollar the City of Milwaukee spends on infrastructure improvements or other products and services, it should ensure the improvement of its citizens by utilizing the Atlanta Model during reconstruction, right here in the Midwest.
